Celina Ladies & Friends would like to take a moment to honor all Veterans who have served our great country in the past and also the present.
Veterans Day is a day to recognize and thank all service men and women for their dedication and sacrifice. Although Veterans Day is Sunday November 11th this year, the day for most observances will be Monday November 12. Celina High School will be holding their 3rd annual Veterans Day celebration on Thursday, November 8th at 9:00am as a way to thank the Veterans in our community.
The Mckinney Dance band will be holding their annual salute to Veterans at the Mckinney Performing Arts Center Friday, November 9th at 7pm. All over North Texas there are companies honoring our military on Sunday. Stop by Dunkin' Donuts for a free donut, or better yet stop by a Celina restaurant like Lucy's which will be offering a discount for all veterans and active duty military!
